Crew Member - Seasonal

We're looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members for the busy holiday season. This is a dynamic role where you'll be cross-trained in multiple areas of restaurant operations to ensure smooth service during our peak months.

Key Responsibilities
:
As a Crew Member, you may be assigned to one or more of the following duties during your shift:

• Food Prep:
  Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling menu items according to recipes and safety standards.
• Cashier:
  Operate the POS system, handle transactions accurately, and provide friendly service.
• Line Server:
  Serve food efficiently and maintain portion control.
• Runner:
  Deliver food orders to guests and assist with restocking supplies.
• Holiday Order Boxing:
  Package large holiday orders with care and accuracy.
• Greeter:
  Welcome guests warmly and help manage the flow of customers.
• Dishwasher:
  Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must have dependable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• No food allergies
• No chemical allergies

Preferred Qualifications
:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform deep cleaning tasks and stand for long periods of time.

Work Environment
:
This job operates in a full-service restaurant kitchen-modeled environment. Role may also serve outdoor, or even environment as required by project needs.

Physical Demands
:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, 40 inches high, without the aid of another person and up to 75 pounds with assistance. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while performing work duties.

Position Type
:
Seasonal October to December. Day, Evening, Weekend and Holiday work is also required. Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
