Responsibilities

- Guest relations and menu knowledge.
- Service sequences, alcohol awareness, and point‑of‑sale proficiency.
- Knowledge of recipes, garnishes, and money handling.
- Physical ability to serve alcohol, stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and keep pace for up to five hours.
