- Oversee production and assist with store operations, including achieving overall performance goals with sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.
- Lead a multi‑week training program for aspiring managers, ensuring they acquire necessary skills in sales, leadership, and core management.
- Make day‑to‑day decisions that impact store profitability, including controlling costs and managing staffing.
- Coach and develop team members, identifying talent and facilitating their growth within the organization.
- Current or recent Assistant Manager or Supervisor from a retail or restaurant environment with a passion for hands‑on customer service.
- Demonstrated growth in previous roles and a drive to build community relationships that increase store sales.
- Strong coach who can identify and develop talent (experience hiring seasonal workers is a plus).
- Will not compromise on product quality and understands how cost management impacts profitability.
We're a 65+ year old brand with uncompromised quality, but we're not stuffy. We believe in balance: closed on Sundays, managers typically work about 50 hours per week, and they have full accountability for store operations.

Physical Requirements & LogisticsStore leaders must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The role requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies that may weigh up to 65 lbs. He or she will also work with a hot torch.
