Training hourly pay range: $18-$20.

• Building relationships with internal and external customers to deliver excellent service and create long-term customer loyalty.
• Managing your service route, including daily operations and time management to complete tasks.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, sales, service professionals) to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment and driving company vehicles.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values with every customer interaction.

• Training hourly pay range $18-$20, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
