We are seeking enthusiastic plumber helpers to join our team. As a plumber helper, you will learn all aspects of plumbing including diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance, while working alongside experienced plumbers on a variety of projects.

• Diagnosing both common and uncommon plumbing problems and educating customers on findings and solution options
• Performing plumbing repairs and installations, including re‑pipes and slab jobs
• Executing plumbing inspections with keen attention to detail
• Responding to plumbing emergencies swiftly and steadily
• Upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
• Building lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
• Documenting all quotes, invoices, and work performed with precision

• Availability to work Monday‑Friday with mandatory weekend and overnight on‑call rotation
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, understanding, speaking)
• Physical ability to lift, move, push, pull, and carry at least 60 lb; stand, kneel, crawl for extended periods; work in heat, cold, rain, dust, sewage, rodents/pests, small/tight spaces, and heights
• At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes, unless an exception applies)
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a satisfactory driving record
• Capability to pass a background check and drug screening
