We are seeking enthusiastic service drain technicians to join our team!
As one of our drain technicians, you will be responsible for performing a full range of sewer and drain system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for our customers.

- Diagnose both common and uncommon drainage problems and effectively educate customers on your findings and solution options
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on drainage systems, including clearing blockages
- Operate specialized drainage equipment such as drain snakes, hydro‑jetters, and drainage cameras
- Execute inspections of sewer and drain systems with keen attention to detail
- Respond to drainage emergencies swiftly and steadily
- Uphold and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
- Foster and build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
- Document all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in‑depth precision
- Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
- Maintain company equipment and company vehicle with care
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in servicing drains
- A passion for drainage
- Skilled at creative problem‑solving and critical analysis
- A thorough understanding of plumbing systems with proficiency in diagnosing and resolving most drainage issues autonomously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
- Eagerness to learn and apply new drainage techniques and technologies
- Friendly demeanor with a positive go‑getter personality
- Self‑starter mentality with great time‑management skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Availability to work Monday–Friday with a mandatory weekend and overnight on‑call rotation
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
- Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extended periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, sewage, rodents/pests, small/tight spaces, and heights; and the ability to pass the DOT physical exam annually (as applicable)
- At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
- Capability to pass background check and drug screening
