Senior Payroll Administrator

• Leading the processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls across a variety of clients and contractor payrolls.
• Supporting the team with data input, payroll calculations, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Helping to resolve payroll queries from employees and clients, escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Learning how to stay compliant with payroll legislation including PAYE, NI, RTI, and pension contributions.
• Working closely with the wider team to help provide training and development opportunities for them.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing client and contractor payrolls across weekly, fortnightly and monthly deadlines.
• Confidence using Excel and good general IT skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in developing your career in payroll further.
• Experience supporting more junior members of a payroll team daily.
• Bonus if you’re studying towards or interested in pursuing a CIPP qualification in the future.
