• Process payroll accurately and on time for a portfolio of clients.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
• Handle complex payroll technical queries and reconcile payments weekly.
• Meet daily deadlines and communicate effectively with the team.
• Assist with various projects and take on additional responsibilities in a rapidly expanding organisation.
• Deliver outstanding customer care, building warm relationships with employees and clients.

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in payroll.
• Strong team ethic, hard-working, and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Desire to help the company grow and improve the team.
