To support the administrative functions within the Outpatient Booking Team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job

Uploading of referral letters to the Evolve scanning system.

  • To provide administrative support across the department by printing and processing worklists off the national e-Referral System (eRS) onto the Patient Administration System (PAS).
  • Processing of new patient referrals from the eRS.
  • Joint team working to ensure workloads across the department are prioritised and up to date. This includes all office duties.
  • To be conversant with PAS.

Job responsibilities
  • Undertake Electronic scanning on the Evolve system.
  • Make telephone calls to appropriate staff or departments so any issues can be resolved.
  • Sort and distribute incoming post to the relevant teams.
  • Undertake any training required for the role.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.
