Job Description:
The Club Secretary / Financial Controller is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the Golf Club.
- Finance bookkeeping and financial control using the Croft accountancy system.
- Recording and paying invoices.
- Supporting payroll.
- Recording of income and expenditure.
- Membership administration, renewals and new member enquiries.
- Assisting with AGMs and SGMs.
- Overseeing house and maintenance and dealing with suppliers.
- Health and safety support.
- General administration and dealing with member queries.
- Accounts, bookkeeping, and financial control experience.
- Organisational capability.
- Proficient use of IT office‑based applications.
- Professional communication.
- Hands‑on, dynamic individual with a high degree of flexibility.
Part‑time – 18 hours over 3 days.
