Sales Admin (Part-Time

We are a well‑established, family‑run window and door company based in Hazel Grove, and we are looking for a Part‑time Sales Administrator to join our busy team. This is a role supporting our domestic sales team.

Hours: 20–25 per week, 11am‑4pm

Pay: £13.45 per hour

The role would suit someone with previous administration experience in a busy environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• The ability to prioritise their workload in line with business needs, multi‑task effectively, and think on their feet
• A polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and timekeeping
• Good IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office

• Handling customer enquiries that come in by phone and email
• Diary management
• Supporting the sales team with processing orders, quotes, and general admin tasks
• Providing polite and professional customer support
• Showroom cover, including meeting & greeting customers
• Availability to work occasional Saturdays, typically 1 in 3
