Senior Business Analyst - 12 Month FTC

Hybrid | Full-Time | 2 Days Per Week Stockport

£60,000 + benefits

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive high-impact change across a dynamic portfolio for a leading Financial Services organisation. This 12-month fixed-term role offers hybrid working and flexible arrangements to support work-life balance.

• Lead business analysis across the full change lifecycle
• Define scope and produce high-level requirements documentation
• Model and improve business processes
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivered solutions
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams
• Mentor junior analysts and champion best practice

• Strong process modelling expertise
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Ability to produce high-quality analysis artefacts
• Experience working in complex, matrix organisations
