You will be joining a successful client-focused Construction Consultancy and Project Management firm with retail clients across the UK. Based in Manchester with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements.

• Manage day‑to‑day tasks overseeing retail building projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage planning, scheduling, resource allocation, team coordination, client communication, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Bridge the gap between stakeholders like architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Proficiency in cost control and project cost management.
• Retail Construction background.
• Experience with construction software.
• Expertise in reporting processes.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
• Relevant degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Membership in a professional organization such as CIOB is a plus.
