Description

Conduct surveys and assessments to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
Oversee planned works related to fire safety within the construction department.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for fire safety improvements.
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor the progress and quality of fire safety projects and address any arising issues.
Ensure all work adheres to current legislation and industry standards.
Provide technical advice and support on fire safety matters to stakeholders.
Manage documentation and maintain accurate records for compliance purposes.

Profile

A successful Planned Surveyor - Fire should have:

Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or fire safety.
A thorough understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in managing planned works within the construction industry.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce detailed reports.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
