The RoleAs an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior commercial staff throughout the project lifecycle, from award to final account. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly valuations, tracking variations, and maintaining subcontractor orders and cost records. You will also be involved in procurement, estimating, and building strong client relationships. Regular travel to project sites across the UK will be required to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Strong technological abilities and comfort with digital tools
