Stockport Council is recruiting a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A-F) to join a busy Building Control team. The role involves managing projects, assessing plans and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations, the Building Act 1984 and related legislation.
Applicants should have substantial Building Control experience, a recognised Building Control qualification (RICS or CABE) and strong communication and negotiation skills.
