MCR Property Group is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and financial delivery of a flagship residential project in Bedford. You will take ownership of cost reporting, budgeting, final accounts and procurement from inception through to completion, reporting to the Construction and Commercial Directors.
The role is primarily site based, with regular valuations and project reviews.
