LSH Auto is looking for a motivated and experienced Guest Relations Team Leader to join our team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. As the Guest Relations Team Leader, you will oversee the Guest Relations team, ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their visit.

Your role will involve managing the daily operations of the Guest Relations team, training and mentoring team members, and continuously improving guest experiences.

Hours - 40

Salary - £28,158

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Guest Relations team, fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment.
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and feedback, ensuring resolutions are achieved positively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by LSH Auto to effectively inform guests.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and enhancing guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
