As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the business. Based in Stockport, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and delivering excellent customer support.

This role will be Mon - Fri (5 days on-site).

Description

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of service.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, following company procedures.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on orders and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Handle complaints calmly and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
Provide product information and support to customers when required.
Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring all data is up-to-date.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service, ideally within a similar industry.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
Comfort with using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.

Job Offer

An hourly rate of £14.00 to £15.00, dependent on the level of experience.
A temporary position based in Stockport which the chance to go perm.
Weekly pay.
