They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Stockport.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

• Manage and deliver on a range of education and residential projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance is achieved
• Prepare and submit planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• BSc within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• CIAT registered would be desirable
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driver's License
