Job Title:
Senior Architectural Technologist
Location:
Sheffield
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered architectural practice who work alongside some of the biggest names within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Stockport.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
Manage and deliver on a range of education and residential projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
BSc within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
CIAT registered would be desirable
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
