Position: Senior Architectural Technician (Permanent)

Our client is a well-established, award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted architecture across the Residential and Education sectors. With a collaborative studio culture and a focus on quality design and technical excellence, the practice offers a supportive environment where experienced Technologists can take ownership of projects and contribute meaningfully from concept through to completion.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning through to construction and completion
Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
Manage project delivery across all RIBA stages
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders
Attend and lead client meetings
Resolve technical and site-related issues during construction
Prepare and present technical and design information to clients

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in the UK
CIAT registered or working towards chartership
Proven experience delivering Residential and Education projects
Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed technical packages
Good working knowledge of NBS specifications
Experience running projects and leading small teams
Confident client-facing skills across all RIBA stages
