Are you an experienced Youth Worker looking to bring your skills into a primary school setting?

We are working with supportive and welcoming primary schools across South Manchester who are seeking confident, resilient and enthusiastic Youth Workers to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a school environment while using your existing mentoring and behaviour support skills.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Helping children regulate emotions and manage behaviour
• Acting as a positive role model within the classroom
• Supporting teachers with behaviour strategies and engagement
• Building strong, consistent relationships with pupils

• Previous experience as a Youth Worker or similar role
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• A calm, patient and resilient approach
• Experience working with children or young people
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
