Contract: Casual

Salary: £13.69 per hour

Harrytown Catholic High School is an 11-16 mixed Comprehensive Catholic High School located in Romiley, Stockport.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise external (GCSE) and internal examinations in the examination room in accordance with the rules and regulations of the respective examination boards and the school.
  • Assist in admitting candidates to the examination room in a quiet and orderly way.
  • Assist with the handing out and collection of examination materials.
  • Be constantly vigilant while an examination is running, ensuring that the conduct of the exam takes place within the stipulated guidelines.
  • Report any problems to the Examinations Officer.

The school requires Invigilators to wear ‘business’ dress to promote a formal atmosphere within the examination room. Our pupils are ready to sit their exams; we are looking for the right people who care enough to support our candidates at this stressful time in their school career. Training and induction will be given to successful candidates.
