Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist education provider in Stockport, supporting children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, complex communication needs, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities

As a Learning Support Worker
, you'll:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Help students access learning and develop life skills
• Support communication, emotional wellbeing, and independence
• Work alongside teachers, therapists, and specialist staff
• Create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment

• Experience in education, care, support work, or youth work
• A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
• A passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
