Underley Garden School, part of Outcomes First Group, seeks a Complex Needs Teacher to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering personalised learning for pupils with complex SEN and SEMH needs, in a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
Permanent contract with term-time options and Sept 2026 start. You will contribute to a safe, nurturing environment, plan innovative lessons, and lead a supportive team of Teaching Assistants.
