The RoleYou'll provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and successfully participate in school life.
You May Be Supporting Pupils With- Autism (ASD)
- ADHD
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Other additional learning needs
Support may be on an 1:1 basis or within small intervention groups, working closely with class teachers and SENDCOs.
We're looking for candidates who:
- Have experience supporting children or young people.
- Are patient, caring and adaptable.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Are committed to inclusive education.
- Have a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.
