An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Engineer to join a pioneering technology business that designs and delivers advanced inspection and simulation systems used across global industries.
This company is recognised for its innovation and technical excellence, delivering bespoke engineered solutions that integrate hardware, software, and operational technology (OT) into complex, high-performance systems. With continued growth and a strong global project pipeline, they are expanding their technical team to support and enhance these cutting-edge systems in the UK and abroad.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting, maintaining, and optimising high-value technology platforms, blending hands-on work with advanced system-level understanding across control software, embedded hardware, and networked OT environments. From system commissioning and integration through to troubleshooting and performance optimisation, you'll help deliver reliable, scalable, and intelligent solutions deployed in demanding real-world conditions.

The Role:
Provide advanced technical support for integrated software, hardware, and OT systems
Lead diagnostics, troubleshooting, and commissioning of complex automation and control solutions
Drive system optimisation and reliability improvements, ensuring seamless hardware-software interaction
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and implement enhancements
Full expenses paid travel to USA, China and India, (mainly USA)
The Person :
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in systems integration, OT environments, or advanced hardware/software support
Strong understanding of control systems and diagnostics tools

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
