A leading global semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Test Engineer to enhance wafer test quality and lead improvement projects. This position focuses on applying lean manufacturing principles and coaching team members to achieve production and quality goals. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in process optimisation, a background in engineering or a STEM field, and strong leadership skills.
This role offers a starting salary of £69,000-£76,000, along with excellent benefits including a bonus scheme, development opportunities, and a commitment to corporate social responsibility.
