The Projects

You'll take ownership of domestic retrofit and energy efficiency projects across:

* Social Housing

* Private Residential

* Public Sector Housing Programmes

* Whole-House Retrofit Schemes

* Decarbonisation Projects

Typical measures include:

* Air Source Heat Pumps

* Solar PV & Battery Storage

* Ventilation Systems

* Insulation Upgrades

* Heating System Improvements

* Building Fabric Enhancements

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and to an exceptional standard.

This is a highly visible role where you'll have genuine ownership and responsibility.

* PAS 2035 Retrofit Projects

* Social Housing

* Energy Efficiency Programmes

* Construction Project Management

* Decarbonisation

* ECO4

* SHDF
