Are you a CAD Technician with experience using both AutoCAD and REVIT, coming from an M&E background, looking to move into a managerial role where you will have full autonomy, leading the design department?
Are you looking to for a challenging yet rewarding role, joining a highly-reputable business where you will be seen as the go-to design expert?
In this role you will be trained to be responsible for the leadership of the design team, improving CAD processes and quality standards where applicable. You will be responsible for developing and mentoring both apprentices and junior designers alike, ensuring technical drawings are delivered on time and to a high standard. This is primarily a management role, however, on occasion you will be required to produce designs.

This role would suit a CA Technician or similar with experience using both AutoCAD and REVIT. You will come from an M&E background or a related field, with a desire to move into a management position and develop a team.
The Role:- Improve CAD processes and quality standards
- Develop and mentor apprentices and junior designers alike
- Ensure technical drawings are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Primarily a management role, on occasion you will be required to produce designs
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week
- CAD Technician or similar
- Experience using both AutoCAD and REVIT
- M&E background or a related field
