** Are you graduating in
** Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline
** and looking for a role where you can apply your knowledge from day one?  The Novanta Bee Graduate Scheme is a structured two-year programme designed to develop future Electronics Engineers within our world-leading CO2 laser business. You'll gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, testing, process improvement, quality, and engineering while working on technology used in medical, industrial and automation applications.  ###

What you will do:

### Over 24 months, you will progress from learning our products and manufacturing processes to leading engineering projects and solving complex technical challenges.  
** You will:
*** Build expertise in electronic assembly, testing and fault finding
* Work alongside experienced engineers and technicians
* Support process improvement and quality initiatives
* Participate in engineering and new product introduction projects
* Learn Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies
* Gain exposure to ECNs, validation activities and manufacturing systems
* Travel internationally for specialist product training
* Present your work and achievements to senior leaders  ### What we are looking for:
* Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A genuine interest in technology and engineering
* Curiosity, initiative and a hands-on approach
