As a cashier at Grosvenor Casino, you’ll manage transactions quickly and efficiently, ensuring the cash desk operation runs smoothly so customers can enjoy their gaming experience.
Maintaining customer confidentiality is vital in this role. You’ll provide first‑class customer service with high integrity, emotional intelligence, and strong social skills.
You’ll work alongside a supportive team and can progress to a Head Cashier role with the skills you gain.
Qualifications- Attention to detail and high numerical accuracy – responsible for handling chips and cash so the cash desk always balances
- Understanding of the legislation relating to the cash desk and its application, sufficient to pass a cash desk competency test
- Great social and communication skills to deal efficiently with customer needs and to interact with management and other team members

This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
Cash Handling Experience PreferredCandidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
