Overview

Finance Assistant
• 40 hours
• Based at our Head Office in Stockport

Permanent Full-time contract
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

• Supporting all aspects of Purchase and Sales ledger processing
• Resolving supplier queries and ensuring timely payment
• Assisting with month end reporting
• Supporting the Payroll Manager as required
• Carrying out general day to day finance administration duties

• Previous experience in a similar role and ideally in a multi-site organisation
• Experience using Sage 200
• Sage Payroll experience is an advantage, although full training will be given
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numeracy and IT skills
• Ability to work independently using own initiative and meet deadlines

• Permanent Full time contract
• 28 days holiday a year, increasing to 33 days after 5 years service (including 8 Bank Holidays)
