• Build finance infrastructure for future expectation of $1B+ annual revenue.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, and reporting.
• Improve margin predictability, cost control, and project-level visibility.
• Implement advanced systems for job costing, WIP, and cash forecasting.
• Manage risk, bonding, insurance, and banking relationships.
• Ensure GAAP and tax compliance.
• Drive due diligence, integration, and capitalization for growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, insurers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Champion financial tech, automation, and real-time analytics.
• Advance digital dashboards and business intelligence.
• Build and mentor high-performing finance team.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and financial literacy
