We're looking for an experienced Energy Reporting Manager to join our Energy and Sustainability team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping NHS Property Services' sustainability agenda, leading our carbon and energy reporting activities while supporting our journey to Net Zero. You will manage a team of Energy Analysts and provide expert insight that helps drive strategic decisions across one of the largest healthcare estates in the UK.
- Salary from £50,000 per annum plus car allowance
- Permanent, Full-Time
- Flexible location with attendance at an NHSPS office approximately once per quarter
- Managing a team of 2 Energy Analysts
- Lead the production and submission of NHS Property Services' carbon reporting and annual emissions disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with carbon reporting requirements and sustainability reporting standards.
- Analyse large and complex energy datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce reports and performance packs that support business planning and decision-making.
- Support the organisation's Net Zero strategy, including modelling and reporting against carbon reduction targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of energy and sustainability projects.
- Provide leadership and development support to the Energy Analyst team.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to influence sustainable property strategies.
- Significant experience in carbon reporting and sustainability reporting.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets and translating them into meaningful insights.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at varying levels.
- Knowledge of energy management principles and performance reporting.
- Experience supporting Net Zero, carbon reduction, or wider sustainability programmes.
- IPMVP qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
Flexible location with travel to NHS Property Services offices as required (London, Birmingham, Stockport) typically once per quarter.
