The Learning Disability Service in Stratford is seeking warm, flexible, and experienced Relief Support Workers to provide person-centred relief support to tenants living at our new development.

Our bespoke service of townhouses offers Supported Living opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities. You will support tenants to enhance their wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support. Your role is to make a positive impact in their lives, promote independence, and encourage engagement within their local communities.

• A minimum of twelve months experience is essential for all relief roles.

As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker, you will have access to our SONA app, which allows you to pick up shifts in Stratford or nationwide, provides service and shift information, and directions. Payments are made weekly.
