Abuka is a trusted training provider in the Health and Social Care sector, dedicated to developing professionals across the industry. We are now recruiting a Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team.
Duties- Design, plan and deliver training programmes
- Assess training needs through feedback and learner input
- Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions
- Monitor learner progress and evaluate training outcomes
- Keep training materials updated and sector‑compliant
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress
- Work with partner organisations to support training quality
- Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
- Experience in a health or social care training role
- Good knowledge of core care topics and regulations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of healthcare terminology (desirable)
- Ability to create clear, engaging training content
- Able to motivate and support learners
- Self‑motivated and able to manage workload across locations
