Abuka is a trusted training provider in the Health and Social Care sector, dedicated to developing professionals across the industry. We are now recruiting a Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team.

Duties
  • Design, plan and deliver training programmes
  • Assess training needs through feedback and learner input
  • Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions
  • Monitor learner progress and evaluate training outcomes
  • Keep training materials updated and sector‑compliant
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress
  • Work with partner organisations to support training quality
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
  • Experience in a health or social care training role
  • Good knowledge of core care topics and regulations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of healthcare terminology (desirable)
  • Ability to create clear, engaging training content
  • Able to motivate and support learners
  • Self‑motivated and able to manage workload across locations
