Overview

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Service Manager to work Full Time for Choices Home for Children, based in Macclesfield & Edgeley.

The salary for this permanent Service Manager job is up to £42,500 per annum.

• Your aim is to lead and manage the Home, overseeing the day to day operations, providing strong motivational leadership to staff and ensuring the best possible care and education for the young people.
• This role requires patience, motivation, understanding, leadership, determination and ownership. You will be supported by the Senior Management team so we can continue to develop your skills in this role.
• An experienced Service Manager to lead one Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation homes in Marple, Stockport (SK2). These services are for looked after children.

• Previous Management Experience.
• Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation (16-18 years old)
• Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
• Strong safeguarding & regulatory knowledge
• Values therapeutic, trauma-informed care
