). This is a part-time role where your support helps our team make a bigger impact with adults, children and young people.

The Role You’ll help shape the care our team gives—offering support, advice, and insight so they feel confident and equipped to do their best work. You’ll also play a key role in safeguarding and service decisions.

The Person You’ve got at least a Level 4 counselling qualification You’ve completed a recognised supervision qualification You’re registered with BACP or a similar professional body You’ve worked with both adults and young people, and know how to support therapists doing the same You’re confident with safeguarding, and calm under pressure You’re approachable, organised, and care about helping others grow What’s Next Think this sounds like a good fit?
