Social Worker Team Manager (Adults Integrated Urgent Care Team) in Tameside (UK) – £40 Hourly, Ongoing

Join us as a dynamic Social Worker Team Manager within our Adults Integrated Urgent Care Team in vibrant Tameside. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team including Social Workers, Assessors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners, and Care Assistants. You will earn £40 per hour with opportunities for both full-time (36 hours per week), Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday shifts as part of a flexible 6-day contract.
