Job DescriptionAre you a passionate and experienced Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Health & Safety professional looking to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization? We are seeking a dynamic Group QA, RA & H&S Manager to lead our compliance efforts, uphold high standards, and foster a culture of safety and quality across our UK and EU operations. This full‑time, office‑based role offers the opportunity to shape our compliance framework within a forward‑thinking, high‑growth environment, reporting directly to Senior Leadership.
RequiredSkills
- Over 5 years of proven leadership experience in QA, RA, and H&S functions within regulated industries
- Strong working knowledge of MDR 2017/745, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience managing H&S compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards
- Prior experience as a PRRC (Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance) or EU Responsible Person
- Background in medical, veterinary, or healthcare product supply chains
- Experience with e‑QMS software implementation and management
- Relevant degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
- Extensive experience in regulated environments with a track record of maintaining ISO certifications and regulatory compliance
- Office‑based with some flexibility for remote work
- Willingness to spend most of the week onsite
- Ability to travel within the UK and EU if required
- Certifications in H&S (e.g., NEBOSH) are advantageous
