Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety and core care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide high-quality care and support to young patients in CAMHS.
- Core qualification as a Mental Health Practitioner.
- Proven experience in mental health settings, specifically with CAMHS.
- Strong assessment and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
