✨ Join a growing payroll function where you'll take the lead on complex client payrolls and play a key role in shaping the team's next stage of growth.

• ✅ Deliver accurate, timely payrolls across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles
• ✅ Review payroll outputs and ensure compliance with PAYE,, RTI, and pensions auto‑enrolment
• ✅ Act as a key escalation point for the team, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards
• ✅ Liaise with contractors, clients, and HMRC, resolving payroll queries efficiently
• ✅ Support process improvement and best practice initiatives

• 🌟 Previous experience in a client, bureau, umbrella, or recruitment payroll environment
• 🌟 Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
• 🌟 Excellent communication and people management skills
• 🌟 Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take the next step into leadership
• 🌟 Ideally working towards or CIPP qualified
