The Role

We’re looking for a capable, confident Digital Marketing Executive to support marketing delivery across a group of growing businesses.

This is a hands-on execution role covering digital, content, design, social and website updates. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead and will be trusted to run with tasks.

It’s ideal for someone who already has experience and wants exposure to everything marketing in a small, ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

* Update and manage Word Press websites

* Build landing pages and upload content

* Design assets using Canva (and Adobe where needed)

* Prepare artwork for print and manage ordering of:
Business cards, Banners, Event materials

* Schedule and manage social media posts

* Support community management and engagement

* Assist with video, podcast and social shortform content

* Support campaign rollout and lead magnet delivery

* Keep Asana boards organised and up to date

* Support basic reporting and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For

Essential

* 1–3+ years in a marketing or digital role

* Confident using Word Press and Canva

* Comfortable managing social media platforms

* Organised, reliable and proactive

* Happy working across multiple brands and tasks

Desirable

* Basic SEO understanding

* Basic paid ads or analytics exposure

* Video or audio editing experience

* Experience using tools like Hootsuite or similar

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30-5pm, Friday 8:30-4pm - This is non negotiable, this is not a hybrid or flexi time role. This role will be covering 5 businesses under 1 CEO, each expanding at an exciting rate. Demand will require you to be in the office
