As a Senior or Principal Consultant, you’ll:

• Join an experienced team building our new European business unit
• Use our 25‑year UK track record to win trust in the European market
• Develop your own niche vertical within IT, tech, or engineering
• Generate new business and build long‑term client partnerships
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Build and own a high‑value candidate network
• Cross‑sell wider project solutions
• Drive your own desk revenue with full ownership and autonomy

This is not a relocation requirement. This is a market expansion opportunity.

• A UK-based 360 recruiter in IT, Tech, or Engineering
• Billing consistently and confident in business development
• Ambitious for higher earnings
• Motivated by building something new rather than inheriting a tired, saturated UK desk
• Curious about international markets but unsure how to break in
• Happy to work in the office 3 days per week
