Senior CRM Analyst

Up to £50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits

This is a high-impact Senior CRM Analyst role focused on marketing measurement across a complex, multi-channel customer environment. You will play a key role in shaping how data drives CRM strategy, helping optimise campaigns across both digital and offline channels within a large-scale consumer business.

They are a well-established, customer-focused organisation. With a strong omnichannel presence, they support customers through a full lifecycle offering that combines products, subscriptions, and services. Data is central to their strategy, and the CRM and analytics function plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and commercial performance.

• Design and implement robust campaign measurement frameworks across CRM channels including email, app, direct mail, and vouchers
• Build and maintain control groups to accurately measure incremental uplift and campaign effectiveness
• Define key performance metrics aligned to business objectives across multiple business areas
• Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate campaign performance and customer behaviour
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to improve future campaign targeting and effectiveness
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, and wider business teams to support decision-making
• Work across both online and offline channels, contributing to a holistic view of customer engagement

• Strong commercial experience in marketing measurement and campaign analytics
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets
• Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful way
• Experience with Python or similar analytical tools is advantageous

• Salary of £50,000 to £55,000 plus a discretionary bonus
