Up to £50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits
This is a high-impact Senior CRM Analyst role focused on marketing measurement across a complex, multi-channel customer environment. You will play a key role in shaping how data drives CRM strategy, helping optimise campaigns across both digital and offline channels within a large-scale consumer business.

Data is central to their strategy, and the CRM and analytics function plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and commercial performance.
The Role- Design and implement robust campaign measurement frameworks across CRM channels including email, app, direct mail, and vouchers
- Build and maintain control groups to accurately measure incremental uplift and campaign effectiveness
- Define key performance metrics aligned to business objectives across multiple business areas
- Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate campaign performance and customer behaviour
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to improve future campaign targeting and effectiveness
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, and wider business teams to support decision-making
- Work across both online and offline channels, contributing to a holistic view of customer engagement
- Strong commercial experience in marketing measurement and campaign analytics
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets
- Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful way
- Experience with Python or similar analytical tools is advantageous
- Salary of £50,000 to £55,000 plus a discretionary bonus
