Are you passionate about technology and ready to begin your career in IT? We're looking for an enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join our growing team in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced business while working towards a Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship.

Our Digital Marketing, IT Infrastructure, Content Creation, and Data Analytics apprenticeships are designed in collaboration with employers. We combine expert teaching and learning with real-world experience to equip our apprentices with the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours for a successful career.

• Provide first‑line technical support to colleagues across the business
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts and access permissions
• Install and maintain Windows operating systems and business software
• Assist with network infrastructure, connectivity and troubleshooting
• Help maintain IT equipment, asset registers and documentation
• Support cybersecurity best practices, including device security, system upgrades and technology deployments
