and looking to welcome a seasoned
Residential Conveyancer
into its South Manchester office.

The firm, who has been established for over 100 years, is highly renowned across the Northwest for its exceptional client service and legal expertise, ensuring the best results for its clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Residential Property team, offering the opportunity to work on complex and high-value transactions.

• You will manage your own caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and leaseholds
• You will have the opportunity to network and BD
• Collaborate with the wider teams across the firm

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with 3+ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong experience in managing your own volume caseload of Residential Property transactions
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
