We're looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Front Line Manager who's passionate about people, performance and continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities
  • Champion a Safety First culture, leading by example and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional performance across cost, service, quality and resource targets.
  • Drive high product quality standards using the systems, processes and people around you.
  • Help optimise the production plan, ensuring our plants operate at maximum efficiency and is cost effective.
  • Identify and support development needs through active coaching, learning logs and growth conversations.
  • Encourage teams to challenge the status quo
    , identifying improvements that enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionality to ensure smooth end to end operations and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our bakery infrastructure.
The Right Person

Essential

  • At least 3 years experience within a FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience leading and managing people.
  • A track record of driving performance through others.
  • A passion for developing talent and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.

Advantageous

  • A degree (or equivalent) in a manufacturing related discipline.
